      BRW was founded in 1958 by Bill Williams as trucking company with two trucks that went from Alabama to Boston delivering the first load. After the passing of Bill Williams in 1965 Bill’s wife, Ruth Williams, took over the company growing it to new heights during her 25-year leadership tenure.

      Over the last 66 years, the company has grown to employ over 300 people across its locations in Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida and operates approximately 175 tractors, over 700 trailers, and five warehouses spanning over one million square feet, servicing customers in the 48 contiguous states and Canada.       OTR Driver Benefits :

      $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

      • $1500 first Friday after start day

      • $1500 second Friday

      • $1000 at 45 days

        Family environment

        Requirements :
        • Must be 23 Years of Age or older OTR (21 for Local)
        • 1 year of OTR/ Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years OTR
        • Able to pass Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen
        • No alcohol related offenses in the past 5 years
        • No history of reckless or careless driving in the past 3 years
        • No felonies in 7 years
        • No cell phone violation 2 years
        • Speeding 15 or more MPH over limit 2 years

        Accidents

        • DOT preventable recordable accidents within the past 12 months to be reviewed (copy of accident report)
        • No more than 1 preventable in last 12 months (copy of accident report)
        • No more than 2 preventable in last 36 month

        Serious Safety Violations

        • Will be reviewed on case by case basis (bridge strike, roll over, train strike, reckless driving)
